Example

"If the market rental value of the property is £1000 and it comprises of 4 rooms and 1 room is let exclusively for company’s use then the rent would be £250 per month. If this is being let only for certain hours for example 8 hours a day, 7 days a week and is used for other purposes outside these hours, then the rent will be apportioned: £250* (2920/8760) = £83.33 per month."
