We’ve an announcement – change of dns
business structure

As you may have noticed your engagement with us has been with dns accountants LLP. This is also the same for your invoicing, payments and other agreements we have with clients, suppliers and our employees.

We have decided to undergo a small corporate restructure, from the 1st September 2020, moving all our client engagements, suppliers’ contracts and employee contracts to dns accountants Ltd. This is a small change that will result in little to no impact to you, but we wanted to make you aware

Most things will stay exactly as they are

Please rest assured this is not a major overhaul of our business. We are still the same dns accountants and we will remain in the same office in Harrow. You’ll still be able to pick up the phone to your account manager, or any of our expert advisors and all email addresses, and website domain names will remain the same.

Some behind the scenes news

Your engagement and contract with dns Accountants LLP will be automatically moved to dns accountants Ltd from 1st September 2020. This is just an admin task, there is no need to sign any new agreements, and we will continue to provide you all the services as contracted.

Sumit Agarwal, Managing Partner of dns Accountants LLP remains the principal and is the Managing Director of dns accountants Ltd. Along with Sumit’s top team, which remains the same, there will be continuity across the board with this change.

There will be one small change you need to be aware off; our bank details will change. The new bank account will be as follows:

Account Number: 61557676

In order to reduce the risk of fraud, for any first time payments to the new bank account, please ensure you call your account manager or our credit control team to ensure you verbally confirmed the new bank account, do not just rely on this announcement.

For those on Direct Debit, you do not have to do anything, we will work with our direct debit provider to make the necessary changes in the background. Click here to read more about your new Direct Debit.

Please rest assured everything else remains the same and you will notice no difference to the services, support and communications you receive from dns accountants.
